- Returns must be authorized with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return and refund within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Defective Products: If the item is damaged or defective (including manufacturing defects or quality issues), you are eligible for a full refund, including the product price and original shipping costs. We will also cover the return shipping fees.
- Customers are responsible for a $5 (Australian Dollars) return shipping fee per return.
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded for returns after product receipt unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Certain items such as Unsealed items, clearance products, and Discontinued items are non-returnable.
- If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or model, please indicate your preference when contacting us. We will guide you through the exchange process. Please note that all shipping fees, including return and reshipment costs, will be the responsibility of the customer.
