However, we understand that occasionally, circumstances may require you to return or seek a refund for your item purchase. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a convenient 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Any return request after 30 days will not be honored.

This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing returns and refunds for items bought on our website.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

- Defective Products: If the item you received is damaged or defective (including manufacturing defects and quality issues), you are eligible for a full refund, including the product price and original shipping costs. We will also cover the return shipping fees for defective products.

- Wrong Product: If you receive an item that is not the one you ordered, we will facilitate a return or exchange.

- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return and refund within 30 days of receiving the product.

2. Timeframe for Returns

- You must notify us of your intention to return a product within 30 days of receiving it.

3. Return Process

- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email at support@zhangxiaoquan.au. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos of the product.

- Our team will assess your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please wait for this RA number before sending any items back to us.

- Ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Conditions for Returns

- The item must be returned in its original condition, including all labels and original packaging.

- For safety and hygiene reasons, items must not show any signs of wear, use, or damage. We reserve the right to reject a return if the product does not meet these conditions.

- Clearance items, unsealed items, and discontinued items cannot be returned.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. The time for refunds to appear in your account varies by payment method:

- Credit Cards: 5-10 business days

- PayPal: 3-5 business days

- Other payment methods: processing time may vary

Please note that the actual time for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your financial institution's processing times.

We process all refund requests within 48 hours on business days. Please note that we do not process refund requests on weekends.


6. Return Charges
  • Return shipping fee: $5 (Australian Dollars)
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded for returns after product receipt unless the item is defective or incorrect.

- If the return is due to an issue on our end, such as incorrect items or quality problems, we will provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or model, please indicate your preference when contacting us. We will guide you through the exchange process. Please note that all shipping fees, including return and reshipment costs, will be the responsibility of the customer.

8. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately. Once the product has been shipped, the standard return policy will apply.
