Limited Warranty

BEA-VITALITY PTY LTD ACN 664 713 624 (“ZHANGXIAOQUAN AU”) guarantees that all Zhang Xiaoquan products purchased from Zhang Xiaoquan Australia or an authorized dealer within Australia are free from defects in materials and workmanship, offering a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to products purchased within Australia.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, alterations, negligence, or damage resulting from unintended use. If the product qualifies for warranty coverage, Zhang Xiaoquan Australia will provide a replacement of the same item whenever possible. If an identical item is unavailable, a comparable product of similar quality and value will be provided. Zhang Xiaoquan Australia reserves the right to decline replacements for damage due to normal wear and tear.

Important Notes

Before returning your product, please review the following:

• If your product qualifies for this warranty, a replacement will be provided. If the product is out of stock or discontinued, a similar item of equal quality and value will be offered. Repairs are not provided.
• Do not send personal items, such as knife holders, pan protectors, or special packaging, as these items will not be returned.
• Replacement processing and delivery may take 7-14 business days.
• The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the user.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Please contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a Return Authorization (RA), prepaid return label, and further instructions. Unauthorized returns may delay processing.

Required Information

When contacting Customer Service via email, chat, or message, please provide the following information:

• Full name, address, and contact phone number
• Clear images of the damaged item
• For knives, include the item number etched on the blade, if applicable
• Visit our website to confirm your cookware or other product line

Shipping Instructions

Please securely repackage the product and use the prepaid return label provided. Ensure that all sharp edges of cutlery items are properly wrapped to comply with postal safety regulations.

Additional Information

This warranty does not extend beyond the terms stated here, and any applicable implied warranties are limited to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
