Knife Product Delivery Regulations (Queensland Special Requirements)
According to Queensland state law, the following process applies when purchasing knife products:
- Identification verification is required after placing your order. You can:
- Submit your identification through the form in your order confirmation email.
- Email your identification to support@zhangxiaoquan.au.
- Wait for our customer service team to contact you.
- Required identification information:
- Valid ID (driver’s license or passport) scan or photo.
- Confirmation that the recipient is over 18 years old.
- Shipping will be arranged after identity verification.

Return and Refund Policy
At Zhang Xiaoquan Australia, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, our return policy allows you to return items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Return Requirements
- All returns must be authorized (RA) to be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return Process
- Send an email to our Customer Service Team (support@zhangxiaoquan.au) including your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please wait for this RA number before sending any items back to us.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the package and include a copy of your original receipt or packing slip inside the package.
Processing Your Refund
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Note
Returns sent without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted. To avoid delays or issues with your return, please ensure you contact our Customer Service Team and receive an RA number before sending any items back to us.
