Originated in 1628, Zhangxiaoquan boasts a 390-year heritage that began with scissor manufacturing and has evolved into one of China's most recognized knife and scissor brands. Zhangxiaoquan uses modern techniques while preserving craftsmanship heritage to produce quality products.

  • Returns must be authorized with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return and refund within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Defective Products: If the item is damaged or defective (including manufacturing defects or quality issues), you are eligible for a full refund, including the product price and original shipping costs. We will also cover the return shipping fees.
  • Customers are responsible for a $5 (Australian Dollars) return shipping fee per return.
